Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear from Pehraav. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pehraav.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Please note:

Return shipping charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect

Certain items like custom-stitched garments or accessories may not be eligible for return (unless damaged or defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (damaged or incorrect item)
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize resolving the matter promptly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please reach out to pehraav.store@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
