  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

  1. Cancellations and Returns

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team at pehraav.store@gmail.com.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
